The foundation of the greenhouse is an indispensable part of the greenhouse structure. Whether the greenhouse foundation is reasonable will directly affect the safety and performance of the greenhouse structure. Therefore, sufficient attention must be paid to the foundation construction of the greenhouse. Kechuang Greenhouse now summarizes the basic construction technology of the greenhouse as follows:
1. The basic types of greenhouses
1. Strip foundation. The strip foundation is often used under the external wall. In addition to bearing the load from the upper structure, it also plays a role of enclosure and heat preservation. Strip foundations are often used when there are partition walls in the greenhouse. The material of the strip foundation can be adjusted to local conditions according to local conditions. Generally, bricks, rubble, concrete are commonly used, and the cushion can be lime soil, sandstone or plain concrete.
2. Independent foundation. The foundation under the independent column in the multi-span greenhouse is generally an independent foundation. Commonly used forms of independent foundations of greenhouses mainly include cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundations and prefabricated reinforced concrete foundations, and some special independent foundations for greenhouses, such as pile foundations and adjustable foundations.
Second, the depth of foundation embedding
Under normal circumstances, the embedded depth of the foundation should be determined according to the following conditions
①The structure type of the greenhouse, whether there are underground facilities, the form and structure of the basic solar panel greenhouse; ②The size and nature of the load acting on the foundation; ③Engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions; ④The depth of the foundation of adjacent greenhouses; ⑤ The influence of foundation soil frost heave and thawing subsidence.
Under the premise of meeting the requirements of foundation stability and deformation, the foundation should be buried as shallow as possible. When the bearing capacity of the upper foundation is greater than that of the lower soil, the upper soil should be used as the supporting layer. Except for the rock foundation, the buried depth of the foundation should not be less than 0.5 m, and the foundation should be buried above the groundwater table; when it must be buried below the groundwater table, measures should be taken to ensure that the foundation is not disturbed during construction; when the foundation is buried in the weathering On the soft rock layer. During construction, the cushion layer should be laid immediately after the foundation pit is dug. The depth should not be greater than the original greenhouse foundation. When the burial depth is greater than the original greenhouse foundation, a certain clear distance should be maintained between the two foundations. The value should be determined according to the load and soil conditions, generally 1-2 times the height difference between the bottoms of the adjacent foundations. The burying depth of the foundation of the outer protective wall of the greenhouse should be below the permafrost layer. When the depth of the frozen soil layer is deep (1.5 m), in order to save investment, the foundation burying depth can be designed to be 10-20 cm above the frozen soil layer. ; For indoor column foundations or wall foundations, it should generally be considered that there will be no frozen soil in the greenhouse during winter operation; the buried depth of the foundation is not affected by the depth of frozen soil, and the main consideration should be that it does not affect the indoor crop cultivation and meets the supporting layer of the foundation. Requirements, generally can be buried 0.8--1 m below the ground.
